Lisa has worked as a Physiotherapist in Scotland, New Zealand and Australia. She is highly experienced with the sporting population, particularly rugby league, hockey and touch football.
Lisa likes to keep active playing social soccer and spends most of her time looking after her 4 young children.

Mark Asuncion - Physiotherapist
Mark became a physiotherapist after becoming sick and tired of sustaining so many injuries over the years since he was young. His goal is to ensure that his patients return to doing the things they love as fast and as safely as possible. As well as working with rugby league teams, Mark has experience in working for rugby union and treating power-lifting related injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Mark loves training at his gym, dancing, playing tennis, playing piano and outdoor adventuring with his beloved golden retriever.

Helen Leitch - Physiotherapist
Helen completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and is passionate about improving the lives of her patients. She is determined to be a life-long learner, putting a great deal of her time into further education and improving as a clinician. Helen decided to became a physio after seeing the effects it has had on members of her family and friends’ lives when recovering from injury and wants to be able to open her clients’ eyes to what they can be capable of achieving.
Outside of work, Helen is an avid pianist and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Matt Zappia - Exercise Physiologist
Matt chose the career path of becoming an exercise physiologist after learning about the powerful effects that exercise can have on a range of medical conditions and physical injuries. He also firmly believes that everyone is capable of exercise regardless of experience or fitness level and takes pride in ensuring that exercise programs are tailored to the individual and their goals to make their health and exercise journey as enjoyable and effective as possible.
Professionally, Matt has had experience working closely with physiotherapists for 10 years, prior to this he worked as a personal trainer and had experience in helping run strength and conditioning programs for a Shute Shield Rugby Union team. In Matt’s spare time he plays social soccer and touch football as well as staying as active as possible at the gym or outdoors.

Madeleine Garside - Receptionist
Madeleine is our friendly receptionist. She has previously worked in banking and then as a medical receptionist for the last 8 years. She has been instrumental in making sure the clinic runs smoothly and that your experience in the clinic is a positive one. Madeleine lives in The Penrith area, so you may see her out & about spending time with her family and many friends. Madeleine also enjoys travelling around Australia with her Husband.
